- Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. All orders placed by 3pm EST will be shipped on the same day. Shipping methods include UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. All orders over $750 are eligible for FREE UPS Ground shipping. Adult signature will be required for delivery for all shipments containing tobacco products. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

- Returns & Replacements
- Returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving your products. We inspect all of the merchandise during the packaging of your shipment and as it leaves our warehouse. To request a return, please call Customer Service at 844-80-CIGAR(24427) to receive a Return Authorization code. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization code. Merchandise must be in original packaging. Refunds and credits will be issued after the merchandise is received at our warehouse. All associated promotional goods must also be returned.
- Ordering
- Ordering is easy. You can browse our website 24 hours a day and place an order on your free time or you can simply call Customer Service at 844-80-CIGAR(24427) between Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. We use an integrated system so your phone order will show up on your account online. Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. You will then receive a second email as soon as your order ships with your shipment tracking information.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All pricing on our website supersedes any price lists or catalogs. Payment must be arranged at the time of your first order and will be the set billing agreement when you order from us. After you place your first order, we will contact you to complete the billing agreement. All major credit cards are accepted.
- Viewing Orders
- The 'My Dashboard' section of your website is your home page for viewing your account. In the 'My Dashboard', you can view all of your orders and track your shipments. Click Account at the top of the website to enter this section.
- Updating Account Information
- Also in the 'My Dashboard' section of the website is your ability to update your account information and reorder easily from past orders. Additionally, you can choose items to compare and tag them with keywords for easy searching and/or write notes on your products for future use.
